4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Typically, domestic shipments will arrive within:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for certain orders. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.

  • Undeliverable Orders:
    If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues (e.g., failure to pick up from the carrier), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the order is returned to us and you do not wish to have it reshipped, we may issue a refund minus shipping fees.

6. Shipping Delays

    If your shipment is missing an item or part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

    For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    If you are returning an item due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to make the process as simple as possible.
