- Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed or used are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Special order or custom parts
- Electrical parts (if opened or installed)
- Clearance or sale items (unless otherwise specified)
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Restocking Fees: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or part, we will be happy to assist you. The process is the same as a return, and we’ll send you the replacement item once we receive the original item back.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and provide either a replacement or a full refund. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
